Haunted Mirror sold on Ebay!

An antique mirror managed to scare up $155 U.S. in a recent eBay auction despite -- or perhaps because of -- claims that it might be haunted.
The two sellers -- Joseph Birch, 20, and Sotiris Charalambous, 43 -- claim they acquired the allegedly haunted mirror when their landlord put it in a dumpster outside their London home about five months ago. Since then, the duo claim they've suffered a streak of bad luck, including financial problems and illness according to the Daily Mail.

SPOOKED bosses at a theme park have suspended six members of staff and called in an exorcist after a late night seance on their top horror ride sparked a string of ghostly happenings.

The workers at Thorpe Parke carried out a Ouija board session on the horror themed rollercoaster SAW - The Ride after the opening night of their creepy Halloween themed “Fright Nights”.
The group chose the park’s newest ride, which boasts gruesome features mimicking the sinister torture scenarios from the grisly film SAW, as the scariest place in the park to hold it.
But bosses didn’t see the funny side when they heard staff had tried to communicate with the spirit world through a talking board which has been blamed for subsequent paranormal going-ons.

Did an earthquake awaken the dead?

Earthquakes awakening the undead? Paranormal investigator Anton Heyrick says his team had received an "interesting influx" of phone calls and e-mails after the September 4th earthquake, with more than double the usual number of inquiries. The 7.1 magnitude earthquake was a force to be reckoned with, and it is well known that any disturbance or renovations on old buildings tend to awaken dormant spirits.

"People are calling us, saying they had always felt like there was something in the house, but since the earthquake, it had become more intense," he said. Signs of a haunting are usually subtle to say the least, but there are always factors that can affect how severe a haunting will turn out to be.


I think this story is interesting because it is said that disturbing or desecrating a grave site causes paranormal activity to amp up. So why wouldn't it amp up when an earthquake disturbs the site?

Tales of the incubus and succubus also stem from such experiences, the sufferer often feeling the sensation of being crushed or restrained by the metaphysical intruder.
